Our History:

Analytical Sales and Service (ASAS) opened it’s doors in 1974 with a mission of unwavering focus on supplying analytical, instrumentation and electrical components for our local chemical and petrochemical busineses through providing a wide array of support and service for industrial applications. Since then we have taken great pride in the quality of our products, service, customer relationships and our people.
Over the years ASAS expanded to serve businesses across the Gulf Coast from Corpus Christi, TX to Baton Rouge, LA. As we expanded, we also grew our product and service lines to offer and end-to-end view of what is needed to keep your operations up and running, while also lowering MRO and disruption.
What is unique about ASAS? It is simple. We have proven ourselves to be very nimble and flexible, with no unnecessary complexity that comes with larger companies. The result? We focus on your success as the top priority for our business.

Chris LeMoine
President
I am the President and CEO of Analytical Sales & Service and APEX Instruments & Equipment. I began my career as an electrician and instrumentation man over 30 years ago. Gaining a tremendous amount of experience and education while working for Shell Oil at Motiva Enterprises for nearly 12 years, I exceled at each of the roles I was offered. These roles included Analyzer & Instrument Technician, Electrical & Instrumentation and Analytical Supervisor, Planner and Scheduler. I also managed all capital projects and turnarounds within the Motiva refinery for over 5 years.
In 2010, I accepted the Technical Advisor position for Swagelok Corporation and quickly advanced to their Business Development Manager over the entire Southeast Texas area.
In September of 2020, I consider it a blessing to have been able to purchase Analytical Sales & Service and APEX Instruments & Equipment. I am zealous to partner more deeply with each of our customers, offering my knowledge and expertise, and supplying all their analytical, instrumentation, and electrical component and solution needs.
Somer Adams
Lead Office Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor
I am a meticulous, task-driven Office Administrator with 12+ years of administrative experience in managing office operations. With 7 of those years being in the oil and gas industry for a world-wide company starting in data entry to administrative assistant, I was then the first female in the western hemisphere to be in operations.
I took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom then decided it was time to get back into my career. I worked in the accounting department of a local auto shop and assisted the accounts manager with 9 locations.
I currently support the day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions with great detail. I have 4 boys and love to spend time outdoors. If you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life and I have that job!

Lead Customer Service and Calibration, Onsite VMI and Technical Support Representative
I recently graduated from Lamar Institute of Technology in May 2020 with an Associate’s in Computer Aided Drafting. Prior to Analytical Sales and Service, I was the lead Customer Interface Tech for O’Reilly Auto Parts and have vast knowledge in Automotive, Instrumentation and Calibration fields.
I joined Analytical Sales and Service in March of 2021 and it has been a great fit. In my spare time I love to restore vehicles and do mechanic work. I am here to support you in the best way I can and am extremely excited to work with your company and supply all your needs. Looking forward to your next RFQ!

With over 40 years in a variety of complexities in the petrochemical industry, some of my positions have been Analyzer & Instrument Technician, Supervisor, Electrical & Instrumentation Coordinator, and Analyzer Consultant/Technician.
I worked for Texaco/Huntsman, and Motiva Enterprises/Flint Hills. I have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. In my off time, it is my passion to research & educate people about proper nutrition.
